blind faith

You know, as we walk through this journey of life, they're are lots of times where we just have to depend on faith to get us through. A couple of examples of this include but are not limited to: moving into a new apartment and city, starting college, and just getting through certain parts of your life. I knew the first time I ever set foot in the antioch church of christ in febuary of 2007, that I loved it. I didn't know how much until I made the choice to come back a little over a year later. So, if there is one thing I want my readers to learn from this blog, I want them to know how bad you think your life is, put everything you have in the lords hands, and it will be delt with. Maybe not the way you think it should be, but it will be taken care of. I'm not to this point in the bible, but read hebreews chapter 11, the faith chapter, when if you need faith and reasons to believe. And trust me, you will, we all do at some point or another. God is good, all the time. All the time, god is good!

I am glad to hear your point about God handling our lives. Especialy "maybe not the way we think it should be." It's hard to fully let go of the control we think we have and to allow God's work in our lives when we don't know exactly how he's going to do it, but the results are far better than we in our supposedly great wisdom could have come up with! Welcome to blogger, and I look forward to hearing more of your insights!

Hey Alison I came over from Jana's blog by her invitation.

You post couldn't be more fitting at this time. Let me tell you my faith has been tested. I know that no matter what happens, my God is still in control.

Anyhoo, I am so happy that you decided to give the Lord another chance and I promise you it will be an beautiful journey.
